Prayer: Our Holy Father, help us to pursue peace. Guide our path helping us to get along with others and be tolerant of different points of view. Teach us to study Your Word and grow in faith. Your post today made me take notice that to be at peace and to live a holy life requires us to work at it – indicating that our natural bend will find us taking offense or being annoyed at someone more easily. And the same goes for living a holy life but I think we are more aware of that in comparison to working at being at peace.
Thank you Jeanne, am hoping now that I will remember this more readily when I feel a certain way about some people.

Hi Manu! I think we do have to strive at peace; pursue it, because it doesn’t come naturally to most people. The Holy Spirit is our teacher, counselor, and strengthener, guiding us in truth, and helping us to learn to live in peace with others.
