Sing praises to the Lord, for He is good. Let your heart be filled with joy because he surrounds us with his extravagant, faithful love. His works are amazing, and the beauty of nature astounding. What fills your heart with joy?

Prayer: Dear Lord, we celebrate your love. We thank you for the beauty of nature that surrounds us. Teach us to let the blue skies and bright colors of the monarch butterfly bring joy to our day. Like the clustered blossoms of the milkweed plant encourage us to join together and praise you. Lord, you have been good to us. We thank you for giving us hope and for saving us. In Jesus’ name. Amen

Prayer: Dear Lord, like the Gomphrena fireworks, flowers, shoot out in many directions, similarly, our life bursts forth in diversified directions. Jesus, help us to do all; words and deeds to Your glory. As the blossom tips appear to be rimmed in shimmering gold help us to glow and shine with Your peace and love. We praise and love You! Amen.

In the early morning, I love to sit for a moment and listen to the birds sing, bask in the beauty of nature, and rejoice in God’s goodness. Wishing you moments of beauty and time to rejoice in God’s goodness today.

What in nature or your garden cause you to rejoice and thank God?

Today’s Prayer: Our heavenly Father, we rejoice in your goodness, your forgiveness, and your unconditional love for us. We also rejoice in your gifts of the beauty and wonder of nature, hope for tomorrow, and the unique blessing of each new day. Help us to glorify you by being kind, gentle, and loving in our dealings with each other. Let us glow like the sunshine on the flower petals with your forgiveness and unconditional love.
