Holy, Holy, Holy – Lord God Almighty

written by, Reginald Heber

Holy, holy, holy
Lord, God Almighty
Early in the morning our song shall rise to Thee

Holy, holy, holy
Merciful and mighty
God in three persons blessed Trinity
Holy, holy, holy

Though the darkness hide Thee
Though the eye of sinful man thy glory may not see
Only Thou art holy; there is none beside Thee
Perfect in power, in love, and purity

Holy, holy, holy
Lord, God Almighty
All Thy works shall praise Thy name in earth and sky and sea

Holy, holy, holy
Merciful and mighty
God in three persons blessed Trinity

The Hymn: Holy, Holy, Holy – sung by, Audrey Assad

  1. Thanks for posting. In traditional Catholicism, the pansy flower is called the Trinity flower.
Here in NL, some of these sturdy cheerful flowers are still blooming. πŸ€—βš˜

    1. Hi Sally, I didn’t realize the pansy was called the Trinity flower. The pansies were blooming, but the deluge of rain this week has ruined the flowers. As a child pansies were my favorite flower. 😊 🌺

    1. The hymn is a favorite of mine. Our God is perfect in power, love, and purity! I am in awe of the beauty of God’s creation and His love. It is always good to hear from you! Have a blessed weekend!πŸ‚πŸ¦‹πŸŒΊ
